Theatre Venue | York Theatre, Seymour Centre

Venue Information

The York Theatre is the largest theatre in the Seymour and has a seating capacity of 788 in a semi-circular, amphitheatre configuration, featuring a thrust stage.

Although the space is ideally suited to the presentation of theatre works, it can easily accommodate music, dance or concert style performances.

With only 12 rows of seating from the back of the auditorium to the stage, the theatre offers an exceptional rapport between performers and audiences.
