Rupert Reid | Biography

Rupert Reid has been working in theatre, film and television both in Australia and the US over the last 20 years. His theatre credits include Pericles, Twelfth Night, MacBeth, Coriolanus (Bell Shakespeare), The Tempest (MTC), Life Is A Dream, The Give and Take (STC). A Midsummer Night's Dream (Hothouse Theatre Co.) and Love (Downstairs Belvoir St). His TV credits include Heartbreak High, Blue Heelers, Winners and Losers, Mary: Making of Princess, and Cleverman. In film he has appeared in The Matrix Trilogy, Another Earth and The Sugar Factory. He has also directed several short films including Boo! (2012 Tropfest) and Talk To Someone (Mental Awareness Foundation). This is his first production with Sport For Jove and he is thrilled to be joining the company for the summer season.
