Matilda Ridgway | Biography

For Sport for Jove, A DOLL'S HOUSE at the Seymour Centre and MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING as part of the 2013/2014 Summer Season.  For the Bell Shakespeare company; the National tour of HENRY 4,  in 2012 she was a member of The Players for Bell Shakespeare, playing Juliet in Bell Shakespeare's production of ROMEO AND JULIET at the Opera House directed by Damien Ryan.  For the Ensemble Theatre; PROOF, SEMINAR, MY WONDERFUL DAY, RAIN MAN, BROOKLYN BOY and THE RUBY SUNRISE. At the ATYP Under the Wharf Theatre "Platonov" for Mophead productions and "Sweet Nothings" for Pantsguys. At the Old Fitzroy Theatre SPROUT, MIME IS MONEY (Home Brew#2 Old Fitzroy Theatre) and FROM THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN (Home Brew #1 Old Fitzroy Theatre). Other theatre credits include THREE SECONDS (The Kitchen Theatre, NYC) and TIN SHED CAMPING TOURS (Queen St Studios).. Matilda is a graduate of the Ensemble Studios, and has trained with the Atlantic Theatre Company (NYC), SITI Company (NYC) and at L'Ecole Philippe Gaulier (Paris). She was awarded the 2013 Marten Bequest Travelling Scholarship for Acting.
