Emma Diaz | Biography

Emma Diaz is an acting graduate of WAAPA and a production management graduate of AFTRS. As an actor her TV/film credits include Diary of an Uber Driver (ABC) and Friends and Strangers (Leitourgia Films) and short film credits include Smoko Porno, Madhouse, Fish River, The Studio, Coda, and Water - for which she was nominated ‘Best Performance by an Actress’ at the WA Screen Awards. Emma's theatre credits include Nautilus (Monkey Baa Theatre Company), Hitler's Daughter (Monkey Baa Theatre Company), Shakespeare by Night (Redline Productions), 24 Hour Playwrights (Bondi Feast) and Kasama Kita (Q Lab). Emma has featured in numerous music videos and ads, and has worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer. Emma is also a producer, and in theatre she has produced several shows at King X Theatre, ATYP, The Depot, Old Fitz Theatre and Belvoir’s Downstairs Theatre. She has also produced multiple short films, and a web series and is currently a digital producer for Projector Films. Later this year Emma will produce Kasama Kita at Belvoir as part of the 25A program - come along!
